Art Ovrag festival of urban culture was held for the seventh time in the city of Vyksa in 2017. During its existence, Art Ovrag has turned from a three-day festival into a full-fledged year-round cultural project that affects the life of the city as a whole, transforming its space and changing the attitude of residents to modern art.
