The territory is conditionally divided into three parts - the central (urban), coastal (natural) and park promenade. The city includes an entrance and central zone, a stage and a pavilion and involves mass use, including large city holidays. The second territory is natural, includes boat station, beach, observation area, amphitheater, seasonal cafe building and park routes. The third is a park promenade, which is a connecting element between the first two.

Boat station

One of the tasks of the project is to activate the abandoned, but beloved by the townspeople coastal space through the creation of a point of attraction and the development of services for citizens. Such an activation point becomes the territory of the boat station. The architecture of the boat station is made of wood material traditional for the coastal zone. Its shape reveals a silhouette that is easily remembered and likely become a symbol of place. Since the station is located on the cape, one of the best views of the reservoir opens from its roof, an observation deck is located on the roof of the station. On the territory near the station there are children's areas, park chess, boat piers and places for fishermen, as well as two amphitheaters and a seasonal cafe. All stationary elements are placed in such a way as to always see the water and sunset, since this is one of the popular romantic needs of the townspeople.

Cafe and amphitheater on the embankment

One of the active points is the territory of a seasonal cafe and boat station. The space is cleared from old concrete bases, and amphitheater steps are built on the slope, corresponding to the relief. A large wooden platform located between the cafe and the foot of the amphitheater becomes a stage or space of free play depending on the season or curators of the space.

Park Promenade

The central park alley is being reconstructed, along it is a park promenade suitable for moving PRM and persons with disabilities. The promenade originates from a round canopy with an area located on the central alley. Repeating the relief levels, the ramp gradually ends with a gazebo on the embankment, which, in its natural form of a canopy and steps, resembles the land sections of the mine. Along the ramp there are recreation areas and therapeutic areas for people with disabilities. The ramp is equipped with decorative lighting, which in the dark creates a cozy atmosphere and a sense of safety.

City Pavilion

In the central part of Nikitin park there is a multifunctional pavilion, which includes space for an interactive exposition of the museum of local lore, as well as for temporary exhibitions, a coworking/lounge area and a coffee point. The image of the pavilion is associated with the developed design code, which is revealed in the external wooden finish and the internal finish of layered concrete, reminiscent of the levels of the ore quarry in its characteristic pattern.
