The projected land is located in the central part of the city and is one of the main connections in the city. The square of the Shopping and Public Center, pedestrian boulevard and Small square near the District administration are a significant part of the framework of Tynda public spaces, which provides high potential for further territories.

The project forms the infrastructure for quiet and active recreation, and cultural activities by using modern solutions to create a comfortable environment suitable for various groups of the population for use throughout the year. One of the important principles is to create an inclusive environment of public space, which, despite the difficult relief, will be accessible to people with limited mobility.

Despite the fact that each zone has its own unique morphological set of street furniture and lighting, all of them will be combined with a single design code regulating coloristics, a set of materials and the design of adjacent facades. Also an important unifying element will be the unifying paving strip made in a single coloristic, consisting of Evenki geometric ornaments.

The event uniting the territories will be the creation of new pedestrian passages-ramps, allowing citizens to easily get to adjacent sections of the territory, and its aesthetic element will be an expressive paving strip through all 4 semantic zones, made of multi-colored faceless tiles. Paving patterns will visually divide levels and functional areas in areas.

Central view

A distinctive feature of the object will be its memorable bright and characteristic image, created taking into account the peculiarities of the local context. The developed design code, which includes an architectural and visual principle and a specially selected palette, designed for further use by the city for the development of other public spaces.

The territory of the project is the main recreational artery of the city of Tynda and is located in the place of concentration of cultural and commercial activity, therefore, the development of this territory carries great potential for the further development of the framework of public spaces. The project involves the introduction of multi-purpose sites and ensuring their comfortable accessibility and safety for the main population groups of the city.

One of the accent decisions in the project is a single "strip" of paving, symbolizing the "path," it is made of a series of stylized patterns of the indigenous nationalities of these places - Evenks. In addition to the visual component, this element performs 2 important functions in the project: combines several zones due to a single coloristics, thereby forming a pronounced promenade line, and at the same time divides the territory into functional areas using a different combination of colors and patterns and, no less importantly, divides the promenade into levels (the difference in height of the levels of one street reaches 2 meters).

The improvement of Moscow Boulevard and adjacent sections will create a territory that will meet the modern principles of a comfortable environment that meets the needs of a modern resident of Tynda. Thanks to this, small individual entrepreneurship, various leisure and commercial services are intensified, new points of attraction of citizens will appear. The implementation of the project will be the starting point of the system of development of the public framework of the city, as well as an example and basis for the further development of the design code of the urban environment of the city of Tynda. The creation of a strong network of public spaces will allow connecting the main cultural and leisure centers of the city.
